Identity Verification – ACSP Concierge (Video‑Assisted)

This service provides secure identity verification with video‑assisted concierge support, where enhanced confirmation of identity or additional assistance is required.

As part of this service, Verifirms conducts identity verification using approved third‑party verification tools, including Credas where appropriate. A live video call and secure document sharing may be used to support the verification process and allow Verifirms, acting as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), to satisfy itself as to the individual’s identity in line with applicable requirements.

This service is suitable for individuals who require additional assistance completing verification steps, resolving documentation issues, or where video‑assisted confirmation of identity is appropriate. It applies to both UK and non‑UK individuals and may be required for directors, Persons with Significant Control (PSCs), or authorised individuals.
